Hamilton Spaghetti Sauce by Kira Matrejek

Ingredients

1.5 large cans whole tomatos 1 6oz can tomato paste 1 bunch celery, chopped (optional) 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 medium onions, chopped 4 tablespoons mustard 3 tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar salt, pepper, and Tony's creole seasoning to taste

Instructions

Fix in a large pan. Empty entire cans of whole tomatos and tomato paste into pan. bring to a boil. Add vegetables; simmer until vegetables are well done, about 1 - 1.5 hours. Remove the whole tomatos; puree in a food processor and return to sauce pan. Simmer another 20-30 minutes. Extra sauce can be put into ziploc bags and frozen; sauce freezes well and tastes fine when thawed and reheated.
