Deviled Eggs by Kira Matrejek

Ingredients

5 eggs 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tps vinegar mustard and pepper to taste (optional) chopped green onions

Instructions

Place eggs in small saucepan. Fill with cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and drain off hot water; pour cool water over eggs. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.

Peel eggs and slice lengthwise into halves. Remove egg yolks and place in a small bowl. Add mayo, vinegar, mustard and pepper to taste; beat until smooth. Refill egg halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle paprika over eggs. Top with bacon bits.
