Ingredients

Near East Original Rice Pilaf Haddock or Tilapia Fillets Ritz Crackers Stick of Butter or Coconut Oul Olive Oil Oregano Pepper

Instructions

place fillets on a tray covered with tinfoil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a bowl, take 5 ritz crackers per fillet and crush them up with your hands. Then add just a sprinkle of oregano, and a sprinkle of pepper to taste. Then add one table spoon of butter (or coconut oil) per fillet. And just kind mush it up with the crackers so its all kinda mixed a bit. Then sprinkle this mixture over each of the fillets in the tray. Lastly, dribble a bit of olive oil over each fillet, maybe a half table spoon on each.

Put in over for 10-15 minutes or so, checking how they look. You will know they are done if you take them out and cut into one, if its a bit flake and not slimy anymore. Serve with rice pilaf on the side :)
