Black bean pasta salad by kidfood

Ingredients

Any color bell pepper, cut into baby bite sized pieces 1 clove minced garlic (optional) Frozen corn Ready to eat Black beans, rinsed and drained Any other veggie your baby likes Italian dressing of your choice

Instructions

Heat a little bit of olive oil in a frying pan over low/medium heat

Add garlic and frozen corn and sauté until thawed/soft

Add peppers/other fresh veggies and sauté until soft

Add black beans to heat through

Transfer to bowl and dress with Italian dressing

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or over night
