Ingredients

Crust (mix and put in greased 9x13 in. pan; bake for 10 mins at 350) 2 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. butter Filling (pour over crust and bake for 45 mins at 350) 4 c. rhubarb, diced 3 egg yolk 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. whip cream/ canned milk Topping (after filling is cooked, pour on top and bake another 10 min) 3 egg whites beaten beat in 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla- beat until stiff

Instructions
