Baked Ziti by
Ingredients
1 lb. ziti noodles
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
Garlic powder
1 T. parsley
Tomato sauce
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
Pepper
½-cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
(1) Cook noodles until tender
(2) In a bowl, mix together 3 cheeses, eggs, and spices. Add the cooked noodles and mix.
(3) Grease a 9x13 inch pan and put a thin layer of sauce on bottom. Poor noodle mixture in pan and cover with remaining sauce.
(4) Bake at 350° until bubbly, 30 minutes
