Triple Chocolate Cake by kathleenjensen

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines (chocolate cake richest w/o pudding) 1 - 4 oz./pk/ins/cho pudding 3/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup water 1 t. almond extract 1/4 cup mayo 4 beaten eggs 3 T amaretto or kahlua 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped pecans 2 T water - 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter - 1/4 cup amaretto or kahlua

Instructions

Grease a cocoa angel food pan, line bottom with chopped pecans.

mix ingredients on the left.

add chocolate chips and chopped pecans

Bake -- 350 degrees for one hour.

glazing - bring to a boil to dissolve poke holes in cake while warm and still in pan.

slowly pour glaze over top (actulally bottom) of cake - until all is absorbed when cool - invent onto serving plate and enjoy - can leave cake in pan overnite.
