Ingredients

prime rib 2 pkg. thyme 2 pkg. rosemary

Instructions

1. applied: thyme and rosemary. let sit for 3 hours.
2. added salt and grind pepper just prior to putting in oven.
3. Convection oven at 250
4. Cooked to temperature 126 (approx. 3 hours)
5. Let stand for 45 minutes
6. Served with horseradish
