Mango Salsa by kathleenjensen

Ingredients

2/3 cup mango (small, diced) 2/3 cup papaya (small, diced) 1/3 cup red onion 1/4 cup red/green bell pepper (finely diced) 1/2 cup orange juice 1.5 t. red wine vinegar (OR olive oil and lime juice) 1 t. olive oil 1.5 t. sugar 2 t. cilantro (chopped) 1 t. fresh mint (chopped) salt and pepper to taste 1/2 t. jalepeno pepper (finely diced)

Instructions

Taste jalepeno and red onion for potency (add accordingly)
Mix ingredients gently
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
