Carrot Cake by kathleenjensen

Ingredients

2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 t. salt 2 t. cinnamon 1 t. soda 4 eggs 1.5 cup oil 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup nuts 3-4 cup carrots 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 t. vanilla 1 pkg. powdered sugar

Instructions

Beat eggs, stir in oil and sugar.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add carrots, raisins, nuts.
Bake approximately on hour at 325 test with toothpick.
