*VEGAN* *RAW* Blueberry Smoothie by

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Purified water
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender. Add enough pure water so that all ingredients are covered.
2. Blend well.
3. You may want to add a little more water if it's too thick.
4. You may blend longer if you find the smoothie too cold.
5. If you're using fresh blueberries, you may want to add some icecubes.
