Orzo Greek Salad by jeffd

Ingredients

-1 package orzo pasta (cooked, cooled, tossed in olive oil and grated garlic) leave in fridge. -feta cheese. -calamata olives seeds removed and cut in 1/4's. -diced roma tomatoes -fresh corn on cab(cut from cob and cooled). -chopped green onions. -diced red and yellow peppers. -finely diced English cucumber(seeds removed). -fresh finely chopped basil leaves. -finely diced red onnion. -olive oil. -red wine vinegar. -honey. -dried oregano and italian spices. -Club House Brand "Greek spice". -finely chopped rosemary. -S+P

Instructions

Dressing:
-1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, S+P, oregano, Italian spices, Greek Spice, 1 teaspoon honey, basil, rosemary..shake well in jar and keep in fridge until just prior to serving.

Finely chop all veggies and toss in large bowl with Orzo, crumbled feta,and add dressing just prior to serving. Toss well !!
