Ingredients

Makes about 3 cups 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper 1/4 cup yellow onion 2 cups water 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process several until well blended. Pour into a saucepan, cook and stir over medium heat until it thickens, in less than 5 minutes. If your blender can cook, then process on highest speed setting for 5 full minutes.
