Taco Ring by hollowbottles

Ingredients

3/4 lbs. Ground Beef 1 pkt. Taco Seasoning 1 C. Shredded Cheese 2 Tbs. Water 2 pkg. Refrigerated Crescent Rolls 1 Medium Green Pepper - Seeded and Chopped (optional) 1 C. Salsa (optional) 3 C. Shredded Lettuce 1 Medium Tomato - Seeded and chopped (optional) 1/4 C. Sliced Pitted Olives (optional) Sour Cream for Garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. In medium skillet, cook and stir beef over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in seasoning mix, cheese and water; set aside. Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles in circle on 14" greased pizza pan (or ungreased pizza stone) with wide ends overlapping in center and points towards the outside. (there should be a 5" diameter opening in center) Scoop meat mix evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Bring outside ends down over the filling and tuck into one another. Bake 20-25 mins. or until golden brown.
