Freezer Country BBQ Ribs by gweneris


1-2 lbs of country-style pork ribs 1 1/2 cups ketchup 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 1/2 Tablespoons seasoned salt 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar 2 Tbls. Worchestershire 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbls. butter


Place pork in resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Mix remaining ingredients (except butter) together in a bowl and pour over pork. Mix together in bag and zip closed.

When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Throw in crock with butter and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-7 hours.
