4 plain bagels, split 1/2 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese 8 Sharp Cheddar slices 8 eggs 8 slices bacon, cooked, halved 2 T. chopped fresh chives


Heat oven to 375. Cover baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Use 1.5 inch round cookie cutter to cut piece out of center of each bagel half. Spread cut sides of bagels with cream cheese. Place cream cheese side down on baking sheet.

Cut 1.5 inch X into center of each piece of cheese. Place cheese on bagels and press center of cheese into bagel.

Crack 1 egg into bowl, slip it into the bagel/cheese hole. Top with bacon. Bake 15 minutes until egg whites are set. Sprinkle with chives.
