Easy pickled peppers by grandma

green peppers sliced in strips white or red cider vinegar water salt sugar


Place pepper strips in glass bowl or baking dish
cover with mixture of 2/3 vinegar and 1/3 water, making sure peppers are completely covered
sprinkle salt and sugar on top ( or may dissolve in liquid prior to pouring over peppers)
cover tightly
best in done 48 hrs ahead of time.
