Puff Pizza Rolls by gngrsnpgrl


1 package Butter Puff Pastry, any brand will work 1/2 c prepared pizza sauce 2/3 c sliced pepperoni 1/2 c thinly sliced mushrooms 1 c shredded mozza cheese


Unroll on half of the pastry at a time on a lightly floured cutting board.

Spread evenly with half of the pizza sauce. Arrange half each of the pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheese over the sauce. Starting at the short end, roll up tightly into a log. Pinch edge to seal. Freeze for 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Preheat oven to 400F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each log, crosswise, into 3/4 inch pieces. Arrange on the prepared sheet.

Bake until pastry is puffed and cheese is bubbly and golden, 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
