Ingredients

- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely diced - 1/3 cup chopped cilantro - 1/4 finely chopped white onion - 1 small jalapeno chile, finely chopped, including seeds - 1 tbsp lime juice - 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

- mix ingredients together in a bowl

- refrigerate, drain juices from bottom before serving
- serve with chipotle style rice
