Breakfast Casserole by Doris Galloway

Ingredients

1 lb Sausage (cooked and scrambled) 4 slices bread 1 1/2 cup grated cheese (chedder) Line bottom of 9x13 casserole dish that has been spread with pam, with 2 slices of bread, broken in pieces. Then Add: 1/2 of scrambled / cooked sausage 1/2 of grated cheese Repeat with another layer of bread pieces, sausage and cheese In Mixing bowl: 6 eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt and pepper 2 cups milk Mix and pour over layers.

Instructions

Put in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. Be careful not to over bake.
