Chocolate chip cheesecake by debbie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups crushed gram-cracker crumbs ( I like oreos too) 1/3 cup baking coco 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup butter ( melt) 3 8oz pkgs of cream cheese ( soften them ) 1 14 oz can of Sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup mini choc chips 1tsp flour 9 inch springform pan

Instructions

Heat oven to 300 degrees
Combine crumbs, coco, sugar, butter and press in pan ( I line the bottom with parchment paper )
In large bowl beat the cream cheese till it is fluffy
Add the milk a bit at a time till smooth
Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix well
Mix in 1/2 cup chips that have been coated with the 1 tsp of flour
Put in pan and sprinkle the rest of the chips on top
Bake in the 300 degree oven for 1 hour, turn off the oven and leave in / door shut, for 1 hour more
Remove from oven , finish cooling on a wire rack and then cover and put in the fridge.
