Thai sweet chili tripe and kidneys by davidroyburnett

Ingredients

200g tripe precooked and bleached 200g kidneys chopped 2 cloves garlic 1 medium onion 2 plum tomatoes1 1/2 tin sweet corn Seasoning: sea salt, paprika, Thai chili sauce, white pepper

Instructions

1. Fry onions and add garlic when onions blanched
2. Add chopped kidneys and diced tripe
3. Add chopped tomatoes
4. Add sweet corn
5. Season as required and add Thai chili sauce to taste
