Veggie Chili by darrylsmyers

This is a spicy chili. If you want to calm it down, leave out the chipotle peppers.

Ingredients

16 ounce package soy crumbles 1 medium onion 2 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons chili power 2 teaspoons cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 4 chipotle peppers (from can) can of black beans can of garbanzo beans 1/4 cup hot sauce 1/4 cup worcester 1 teaspoon smoky paprika 1 jalapeno pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil can of fire roasted chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup water

Instructions

Heat oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped jalapeno, cook 5 mins.
Add soy crumbles, tomatoes, chili power, cumin and smoked paprika.
Add water, hot sauce and worcester.
Cook 30 mins.
Add black beans and garbanzo beans.
Simmer another 30 mins.
