KC Masterpiece Coffee-Toffee Pie by cpeirson


1 1/2 c ground oreo cookies 1/2 c dry roasted peanuts 1/4 c melted butter 3 pints toffee ice cream, softened 10 health bars, crushed (2 c) 12 oz fudge topping 2 T brewed coffee 2 T Kahalua


In food processor combine oreo's, peanuts and butter. Press cookie mixture along bottom and up sides of a prepared 9" pie plate. Bake 325 for 7 minutes. Chill in freezer.

Combine ice cream and candy. Freeze for up to 1 hr to harden if necessary. Spoon into crust and mound in center. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm. Soften pie 10 minutes before serving. In saucepan combine fudge topping, coffee and Kahalua; heat throughly. Serve over slice of pie.
