Chocolate Eclair Dessert by cpeirson

Ingredients

2 3oz instant french vanilla pudding 3 c milk 9 oz cool whip 1 box graham crackers 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 6 T butter 2 T white corn syrup 1 t vanilla 1 1/2 c powdered sugar 3 T milk

Instructions

Mix pudding with 3 c milk until well blended. Fold in cool whip. Line a 13x9" pan with graham crackers. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers. Repeat. Finish with a layer of graham crackers.

Melt chocolate with butter; add syrup, vanilla, sugar and 3T milk. Mix and pour over top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate.
