Sue's Potatoes by cpeirson

Ingredients

2 lb frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 t salt 1/2 t pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz sour cream 1/2 c chopped onion 10 oz shredded cheddar cheese 1 c crushed corn flakes (or potato chips and omit melted butter) 3 T butter, melted

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and top with crushed cornflakes mixed with 3T melted butter. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hrs.
