4 oz. shredded cabbage 1 tsp flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped 2 oz. Jicama, peeled and julienned 2 oz. red onion, peeled and sliced paper thin 2 tsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice Kosher salt (to taste) Coarsely ground black pepper (to taste)


Mix well.
