Butternut Squash Apple Cranberry Bake by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 large butternut squash, peeled and cut in 1/2" cubes 2 large tart apples (like Granny Smith), peeled and cut in 1/2" slices 1/2 bag fresh or frozen cranberries 1/2 c brown sugar 1T flour 1 t salt 1/2 t ground nutmeg 1/4 c butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, salt, and nutmeg.

Place the squash on the bottom of the casserole dish; layer the apples on top; sprinkle with the cranberries. Put the brown sugar mixture over all. Dot with butter. Bake covered 50-60 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
