Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing by cpeirson

Ingredients

Cake: 4 eggs 2 c flour 2 c sugar 1 c oil 2 t baking powder 2 t baking soda 2 t cinnamon 1 c chopped nuts 2 c grated carrots Icing: 8oz cream cheese, softened 1 box powdered sugar 2 T butter milk to soften

Instructions

Cake:
Beat all ingredients adding nuts and carrots last. Pour in 13x9 prepared baking pan. Bake 350 for 45-55 min. Cool.

Icing:
Combine all ingredients. Beat throughly and frost cooled cake.
