Curry Mustard Vinegarette Salad (Cathy) by cpeirson

Ingredients

1/2 t celery seed 1/3 c rice wine vinegar 1/4 c EVOO 1/4 t curry powder 1/2 t ground mustard s&p to taste 2 packets splenda 1 packet slaw mix 1 cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced 1/2 chopped red pepper

Instructions

Combine slaw, cucumber and red pepper in a serving bowl and set aside. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix with slaw mixture. Chill before serving.
