Simmered Italian Rice by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 3/4 c Swanson chicken broth 1 t Italian seasoning, crushed 3/4 c uncooked long-grain rice 1 c chopped fresh spinach 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Heat broth and italian seasoning in 2qt saucepan to boiling. Stir in rice and spinach. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 18 min, until rice is tender. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheeese.
