Portabella Mushroom on Focaccia Rolls by cpeirson

Ingredients

4 large portabella mushrooms, well rinsed 1 large clove garlic, minced EVOO 4 focaccia rolls 4 slices jack cheese baby spinach herb mayo

Instructions

Mix garlic and oil and rub on both sides of mushrooms. Broil or grill until softened, Serve on focaccia rolls, with jack cheese, baby spinach, and herb mayo.
