Spinach Dip with Rye Loaf by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 10oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 c mayo 1/2 c chopped green onions 1/2 c minced fresh parsley 1/4 c plain yogurt or sour cream 1/2 t fresh lemon juice 1/4 t seasoning salt 1/4 t dried dill weed (or 1T fresh chopped) 1/8 t freshly ground black pepper ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 1lb round/oval loaves of rye or pumpernickle Cubed bread for dipping

Instructions

Scoop out inside of 1 bread loaf. Cut other bread loaf into 1" cubes. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into hollowed out center of bread loaf and serves with bread cubes.
