Sausage and potatoes by janine

Ingredients

disposable heavy duty roasting pan 4 tbsp olive oil Large mixing bowl Cutting board Sharp knife Wooden spoon or spatula to mix everything together 4-6 russet potatoes 1-2 lbs of sweet or hot Italian sausage Salt and pepper to season

Instructions

preheat oven to 425 f or 218 c
Rinse and cut potatoes into medium chunks add to bowl
Cut sausages into medium chunks add to the bowl with the potatoes. Drizzle with 4 tbsp of olive oil , salt and pepper mix well . Add ingredients into your baking pan spread everything out . Cool for 30 minutes then turn to cook evenly then cook an additional 22 minutes serve with crusty Italian bread and a nice salad .
