12 to 14” pizza pan disposable or non disposable your choice Bread machine to make the dough if you have one if not a stand mixer with dough hooks will be fine Plastic wrap and kitchen towel Small bowl for yeast mix Pizza sauce 16 oz mozzarella cheese 16 oz pepperoni 1 1/2 cups pillsbury gluten free flour 2 tbsp of buttermilk or non fat dairy milk powder 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast if using a bread maker for the dough then use bread maker instant yeast 1 tbsp of sugar or honey 1 cup warm water 2 tbsp olive oil for bowl 2 tbsp olive oil for pan See instructions below for bread maker dough instructions or stand mixer instructions Pizza cutter


If using a bread machine for the dough, add wet then dry ingredients then yeast goes in last then push dough setting. For stand mixer see instructions below.
Place dry ingredients except for yeast sugar or honey in your stand mixer and mix until incorporated.
Add sugar or honey, warm water, olive oil, yeast , and 1/2 cup of dry mix into a small bowl. Stir to combine some lumps are ok let sit 30 minutes until it’s bubbly and smells yeasty.
Add mixture to dry ingredients and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes it will be tacky.
Cover the bowl letting the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 f or 220 c
Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil onto 12 or 14” pizza pan
Scrape dough onto pizza pan, wet your fingers start with the dough in the middle of the pan working it outward to form a 12 or 14” pizza circle
Let he dough rest 15 minutes
Bake crust 8-10 minutes
Remove from the oven add your toppings bake another 10-15 minutes depending on the toppings you have chosen
Let cool a few minutes cut with pizza cutter serve while warm
