Microwave Pralines by cindy

Ingredients

1-lb. box of light brown sugar 1/2 pint of whipping cream 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter -at room temperature 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans

Instructions

Mix in a large microwave bowl; cook 13 minutes on high heat in microwave

Stir margarine & pecans into brown sugar mixture; stir until it just starts to hold its shape, then drop quickly by teaspoon-full onto aluminum foil & let set - Quick, easy and very Good! Have to work fast on getting this from cooking bowl to aluminum foil- it hardens and turns sugary.
