Corn & Black Bean Salad by cindy

Ingredients

1 12. oz. corn niblets - drained 1 can black beans - drain and rinse 1 Red Bell pepper - chopped 1/2 cup green onions - chopped 1/2 cup red onions - chopped 1 clove garlic - minced 1 med tomato - chopped 1 jalapeno pepper - seeded & chopped (add to taste) Dressing 3/4 cup Zesty Italian salad dressing 3/4 tsp. tobasco sauce 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 Tabls. fresh lemon or lime juice 1 Tabls. chopped cilantro

Instructions

Add all of vegetables above to bowl - Then

Mix all of dressing above in a jar - shake well - pour over vegetables in bowl - cover and refrigerate- this will last several days in refrig.
