Bran Muffins by BR Hahn

Ingredients

2 cups All-bran Cereal 4 cups bran flakes 5 cups flour 5 tsp baking soda 2 tsp salt 1 cup butter 3 cups sugar 4 eggs beaten 1 qt buttermilk

Instructions

Pour 2 cups boiling water over 2 cups All Bran Cereal, set aside
Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, & buttermilk
Add flour, baking soda, salt & mix
Then add bran flakes and all of 1st mixture
Mix thoroughly
Can be kept in fridge
Bake muffins at 400' 25 minutes
