Baked "Stuffed" Haddock by BR Hahn

Ingredients

1 pound haddock or cod salt & pepper 1 TBS milk Crumb Topping: 15-20 ritz or townhouse crackers 2 1/2 TBS melted butter 1 squirt lemon juice garlic salt - couple shakes 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

Put 1 TBS milk in baking dish.
Add fish skin side down and
sprinkle with salt & pepper
Bake 450' 7 minutes.
Add crumb topping.
Bake 10 minutes more.
