One Minute Cookies (GF) by
Ingredients
2 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Cups Gluten Free Oats
Instructions
Put sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the peanut butter. Stir until melted, then add vanilla and oats. Stir well then drop by teaspoon onto wax paper till set.
