Cucumber and Herb Dip by bobodoll

1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1 cup finely shredded cucumber, well drained 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded 1 tsp dill weed 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp fresh garlic, minced 1/4 tsp salt


Mix all ingredients until well blended, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers and fresh vegetables.
