Greek Pasta Salad by benorquiurena

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat pasta 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes Diced Cucumber 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice Pinch Of salt and pepper whole wheat pita. 2 tablespoons hummus

Instructions

Toss whole wheat pasta (such as rotini or bow ties) with 1/4 cup each halved cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese Top with dressing of 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Eat with 2 tablespoons hummus and whole wheat pita.
