Original Simple Ice Cream by

Ingredients
3/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup whole milk
2 cups thickened cream
1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Whisk together cocoa, sugars & salt with milk until dissolved.
Stir in thickened cream and vanilla.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or over night.
Put in ice cream machine for 15-20 min.
Needs to be in freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
