Arlene's Apple Pastry by

Ingredients
Crust:
2 1/2 c flour
1 t salt
1 c oleo
1/2 t sugar
1 egg yolk
Filling:
/1 c sugar 9more if apples are sour)
\1 t cinnamon combine these for layer 3
1 c corn flakes layer 1
4-6 c apples layer 2
Instructions
Mix crust ingredients. Half will be for bottom, half for top.
Roll out bottom half to put in jelly roll pan
Filling
Add layer 1
Add layer 2
Add layer 3
Cover and seal with other half of crust
Put the egg white over the top crust
Temp and time are not given. Once this is made, I'll fill it in.
