Variation: Substitute KRAFT FREE Classic Caesar Fat Free Dressing or KRAFT FREE Caesar Italian Fat Free Dressing for regular dressing.


1 ib. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing or Kraft Caesar Italian Dressing, divided

1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed or romaine salad greens

1 cup seasoned croutons

1/2 cup (2 oz.) KRAFT 100% Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese


1. Cook chicken in 1/4 cup of dressing 8 min. or until cooked through.

2. Toss lettuce, croutons, cheese and chicken in large bowl w/ remaining 1/2 cup dressing.

3. Serve w/ fresh lemon wedges and fresh ground pepper, if desired.
