Ingredients

1 Lb. Lean Ground Turkey or Beef 2 C. Thick and Chunky Salsa 2 Cans (15 1/2-16 oz.) each Chili Beans and Sauce Corn Chips or Cheddar Cheese, if you like

Instructions

1. Put the ground turkey or beef in a large 4 qt saucepan. Cook and stir the meat using a spoon over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until it is no longer pink. Break the meat into small crumbles during cooking with the spoon.

2. Add the sala and chili beans to the saucepan. Heat the chili over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then turn the heat to low. Cover the saucepan with the lid and cook it for 10 minutes.

3. Using a ladle, pour the chili into serving bowls. Sprinkle with the corn chips or shredded cheese, if you like.
