Whiskey Sour by
Ingredients
60 g (2 fl oz) bourbon
20 g (2/3 fl oz) fresh lemon juice
15 g (1/2 fl oz) simple syrup or maple syrup
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until shaker frosts over.
3. Strain over rocks glass filled with ice.
