Chunky Turkey Chili by Tausha

Ingredients

5 lbs. ground turkey 6 cups chopped celery 2 med. green peppers, chopped 2 lg. onions, chopped 2 cans (28-ounces each) crushed tomatoes 2 cups water 2 env. (1-3/4 ounces each) chili seasoning mix 1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder 2 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) kidney or black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

In a dutch oven over medium heat, brown turkey; drain. Add celery, peppers and onions; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add the next four ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add beans; heat through.
