Queso Dip by Stephanie

Ingredients

1 block (32 oz) Velvetta Chesse 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese 1 can (10 oz) Rotel 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 pound ground beef or sausage (or combination of both)

Instructions

Brown meat in a pan over medium heat & set aside. Cut up the velvetta and cream cheese and place into a crock pot. Pour in the rotel & mushroom soup and stir ingredients together. Place the crock pot on low setting for an hour, letting the ingredients meld. After 30 min, add the browned meat and continue to cook, stirring as needed.
