Mama T's Cowboy Cake by Stephanie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp baking soda 2 cups flour dash salt 2 eggs (beaten) 1 can of crushed pineapple Frosting: 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups coconut 1 stick butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans 1 small can of pet milk ( not sweetened condensed)

Instructions

Cake:
Mix flour and sugar together. Add soda, salt, pineapple (juice too) and eggs. Mix well and pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients except vanilla together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 6 minutes. Remove from the heat and add vanilla. Pour over the cake as soon as you take the cake from the oven. Let cake cool completely before serving.
